Meet the team
Dr. Sheila VaNiece Russon DNP, FNPc
Dr. Sheila V Russon DNP, APRN, FNPc graduated with her LPN, RN, and BSN at Utah Valley University. She then obtained her Doctor Nurse Practitioner from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professionals.
With over 24 years of experience, she has a wealth of knowledge and experience in women's health, plastic surgery, operating room/surgical, mental health, emergency room and long term care.
Her passion lies in the field of aesthetics. She believes we can all age gracefully and naturally.
Jessica Partridge
Jessica Partridge has been a nurse for over 10 years. She worked 4 years in the Newborn ICU and the last few years working in same day surgery as an endoscopy procedure/sedation nurse.
Jessica has been married for 10 years. She has two beautiful boys ages 8 & 9 (15 months apart). Jessica has a passion for fitness and had a goal to do a bikini competition which she did in 2014 and won.
Jessica loves talking and meeting new people. Her goal is to help you feel comfortable and beautiful with natural results. As a wife and a mother Jessica is a firm believer in self care. Having struggled with postpartum depression herself, she knows it’s the little things that make a difference.

Samuel Broadbent
Samuel Broadbent is a registered nurse at Beautiful U Medical Spa. Samuel attended Joyce University and has enjoyed the opportunity to train under Dr. Russon DNP, FNPc. He specializes in Hormone Replacement Therapy, Medical Weight Loss, and Aesthetics.
His interests include health, fitness and associating with people. He has a love for life and is very down to earth because of his trials in his life. He has compassion for his fellow man and loves to help others.
Samuel is a great team player and Beautiful U is very lucky to have him.
Hailey Abbott
Hailey graduated from Skinworks School of Advanced Skincare in 2017 with her Master Aesthetician License. She has a passion for aesthetics and has always wanted to work in a medical spa. Hailey also graduated with her Medical Assistant Certification which allows her to provide advanced treatments to her patients. Hailey has a natural talent for skincare and takes pride in being able to give her patients the opportunity to relax, be pampered, and feel good about themselves and the skin they are in.
Abigail Konold
Abigail is the Office Manager at Beautiful U. She attended UVU and earned her associates degree in science. She is committed to personalized patient care and ensures that every visit to our spa is a positive experience.
Abigail has been working with us here at Beautiful U for two years and she is very knowledgeable about all aspects of medical spa treatments.
Rylee Patti
Rylee is a Patient Care Rep at our Front Desk. She is dedicated to ensuring that each patient feels welcomed and valued from the moment that they step through our doors.
